benefits of Apple and Banana salad

We all are aware of the benefits of salad, means raw vegetables, like mooli, gajar, tamatar, kakadi, khira, pyaz, band gobhi etc, they can control the cholesterol of our food and improve the digestive power of our body, we can gain lots of iron, minerals and vitamins from the vegetables, if we include banana and apple in our food as salad then they improve our immunity, and health also, banana is a rich source of potassium and apple is a rich source of Iron, we need both for the body and mental growth, blood circulation, eye, bone and other important body parts.

Apple is a fruit that grow in the cold places like himachal pradesh, jammu, and other hill states of india, while it is grow in some places of USA, Australia, UK, Canada, China etc, and banana is very popular in every region of India, as this fruit is develop any where in india, even in your garden and can survive in every whether, if you are building your body and work out some times in gym then Banana is very required for you, you need to take 4-5 banana with 1/2 litter of milk after your gym excersise, if you have no time to take these separably then you can enjoy banana-shake, but if you take them in separable mode then there is no requirement but in shake you need it, the same thing with apple, you can take it with crusted in the mode of fruit chat.

Mainly it is depend on you how you   love to take it with milk, without milk, with or without sugar, but my concern is that you need to take it if you want your mental and physical growth.
